Playing time limits:
110% of plate appearances for batters
110% of starts for starting pitchers
110% of innings for releif pitchers
110% of both for swing men
once player is burned out, sent to the farm for the rest of the regular season, counting against 35 man roster limit.
if a player doesn't play in 50% of their rl ab's or ip's, they will be put in the draft pool the following 
season- rule doesn't apply to guys with fewer than 50 ab's or 20 ip's. Also, teams may pull back either 2 players that got between 40-49% of their real 
life playing time, or 1 player who didn't meet the playing time requirements.

Ball parks:
This is a period when a lot of teams were moving- you will be assigned to a teams park, so when the Braves move to Milwaukee, you move to Milwaukee.

League setup:
2 leagues no divisions.
limited interleague play-9 games vs the other league

Playoffs:
Top 2 teams in each league will make the playoffs.  
Both playoff series are 7 games 2-3-2 format
playoff eligibility:
100 ab's or 30 ip's.(real life)(30 rl games pitched can be subbed)
and
50 dmb ab's or 20 dmb ip's (20 dmb games pitched can be subbed as well)

Rookie draft-
teams not making the playoffs will have a draft lottery to determine the top 3 picks.  picks 4-8 will be 
determined based on the regular season record- thus team with worst record can pick no worse than 4th.

Misc-
If a player does not play in a season, you can keep them on your team- you must let me know at the start of the season any/all guys who are
in that situation, and they will be reserved to your team.  They count against the 35 man limit.
